DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?


All products purchased from www.makhbu.com can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is not the same as what was actually purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to customersupport.makhbu@gmail.com in case you want to raise a dispute.
At Makhbu, we review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair to both parties.
A replacement will be sent in case a defective/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item to makhbu.international@gmail.com, within 14 days of purchase, before any claims can be processed.

CASES WHERE RETURNS & EXCHANGES MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED


There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns and exchanges, including but not limited to:


Exchange request made outside the specified time frame
Product damaged due to use
Product has been tampered with
Missing items from the package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories
Undergarments: cannot be exchanged or returned without original packaging (except tops and bodysuits)
Packs: packs containing more than one item are considered a single item and cannot be returned partially or individually
Accessories: must be returned with original packaging intact
Fragrances: must be returned in original, sealed packaging
Fragrances and accessories can only be exchanged if delivered damaged

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE RETURNS?


The deadline for all returns is 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
If you have received the correct items and sizes, you will be responsible for paying the courier charges for returning the items to Makhbu.
HOW WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?
Once the return has been approved and received by Makhbu (items must be in perfect condition with original inside labels), you will receive the refund via Bank Transfer or Discount Coupon.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

After the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be reimbursed using the same bank details provided at the time of order placement.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE RETURN AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?


Please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport.makhbu@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

MAKHBU reserves the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the specified deadline, or for items not returned in the same condition in which they were received.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS IF I RETURN ALL ITEMS IN AN ORDER?
No, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement will be sent in case a defective/faulty/damaged item is shipped. Photographic evidence must be emailed to makhbu.international@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase before processing the claim.

EXCHANGE LIMITATIONS


Exchange requests may not be supported if:

The product is damaged due to use

Any item is missing from the package including tags, labels, original packing, freebies, or accessories

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS AT ANY MAKHBU STORE?


Yes, exchanges are allowed at Makhbu stores as long as the store carries the relevant category (Men / Women / Juniors), excluding factory outlets.
